Cancelation Policy

• Covid 19 Booking Policy:-

  24 hr flexible cancelation / amendment policy if travel can't be started or completed
  due to a new Covid outbreak. 

• Normal Policy

• Cancelations advised prior to 21 days of stay no charge.
• Cancellations advised within 21 days of the date of arrival will incur the first night's accommodation charge.
• Cancellations received within 7 days of date of arrival incur a 100% charge for the total stay.
• Cancelation or no show fees will be charged to the credit card number advised with your booking confirmation.
• We advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

• No deposit is required to secure your reservation, but we do require your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
• The credit card advised maybe pre - authorised 7 days prior to guest stay.
• The full amount is payable upon arrival.
• Payment can be made via Credit Card - Eftpos

Price match guarantee

• If we don’t match the rate you have seen online for the same dates and room type - book direct with us, then follow it up with an e-mail advising where you found the better rate. We can then adjust the rate and resend you a revised booking confirmation
